Mini-storage?
I'm looking for advice storage MINI owners. I am interested in this case, I found 4.5 acres in an area surrounded by the apartment complex. The nearest mini-stoage is about 10-15 minutes. There are several there, but they are still full. They want $ 125,000 for 4.5 acres, I'm looking at two buildings from 20 'x 100'. And until I Specifically, I do my Cacula on all 10×10. I'm waiting on an estimate for buildings today. I find a lender who does not drop 10%, and I have great credit. I'm also looking to RV and boat parking and so on .. there is another storage company does not offer around this and there are about 25 minutes.
