diet plan – it will work?

Hello, trying desperately to loose weight. I have this diet plan in progress and just wondered if you think it was in good health and / or that it will work to shed pounds? I have a breakfast – cereal or a slice of toast. For lunch – two small rolls with a deposit (ham, cheese, etc.). For dinner – usually a soup with a roll or just a salad. I walk 4 to 5 miles three days a week and the rest of the day at least 30 minutes of exercise (walking, etc..)

You really do need to focus on cutting carbs down. Have bread at every meal will not help unless they are wheat.
