How much should I sell my home for?

I have a 2200 sq ft doublewide mobile home on a permanant concrete foundation. It has a sunroom added on as well. It is 3 br 2 1/2 bath with a living room, den, dining area kitchen and laundry room. It sits on 14 1/2 acres with a small pond and a nice barn with 3 stalls. It also has a deep well with good water and a storage shed on the property. In good condition. We are about an hour outside of Louisville, Ky. I got the place fairly cheap and I’m considering selling just to make money. Does anyone know what the going rate would be on property like this?
